CONFORMIST - 2018 16H GELDING
“Connor” was pretty tick and choppy in the hind end when he first arrived. We have been giving him as much turnout as possible and recently started lunging him over ground poles.
Connor is a smart, but anxious boy. He is a bit misunderstood with his grumpy faces he gives but he truly is a sweetheart. Connor has started to relax his hind end movement and is stepping up under himself nicely now.
His left hind still appears to be sticky, but he has been started on Adequan shots and we are seeing improvements in his movement since he first arrived.
He has stood perfect to be saddled but did move his head around the whole time (part of how he shows his anxiety). This guy will need an experienced OTTB person to bring him along slowly and correctly.
